If we don't have anyone able to replace Radford's skillsets, I have faith in Coach Young to adjust or tweak the scheme to accentuate what we have this year. That's what so great about college basketball. The successful coaches have to constantly adjust due to graduations, injuries and transfers. I believe we will be pleasantly surprised this year.

Radford did a lot of the grunt work for the team. Some of it can be taught, but most of it is the "want-to" skills. I thought of him as a 6'2 Dennis Rodman. Opposing teams hated how hard he plays, but his teammates wouldn't trade him for what he does for the team.
